Basics

• All users must complete:

  • Online training.
  • Pass an assessment quiz.
  • Demonstrate practical use to technician, admin, manager, etc.

  Regardless of prior experience with 3D printing systems!

• Never place your hands near or inside the printer while it's in operation. Pinch Hazard!

• The filament nozzle reaches more than 200°C. Do Not Touch. Burn Hazard!

• For custom designs, create your model in CAD software, export as 3MF, import into Bambu Studio to prepare and slice, then send to the printer.

• 3D printers are complex machines that require time and effort for users to master best practices.

• The Printers are currently in use with these filaments: PLA

• Post-processing: Objects may require sanding, painting, or other finishing techniques to improve appearance.

Main Safety Points

• Never place your hands near the print head, build plate, AMS, or inside the machine while it's operating.
• Never forcibly move the machine or its components. If you're unsure, turn off the power.
• Print head operates at extreme temperatures and stays hot after use. Avoid contact.
• Print head moves very fast—be careful of pinch hazards.
• No PPE is required but take of heated areas and pinch hazards.
